Sr Retail Marketing Manager

Trafilea is scaling fast; and our wholesale channel is accelerating even faster. We’re looking for an innovative, proactive Wholesale Marketing Manager to lead retail and wholesale marketing for Shapermint and Truekind across North America and international markets. This role sits at the center of our retail expansion, driving sell‑through, brand equity, and category‑leading performance across major department stores, mass merchants, freestanding retail, and on‑air channels.

Trafilea ’s wholesale footprint is growing rapidly, with full‑door distribution at Walmart US and Belk , and expansion underway across Walmart Canada and Kohl’s for 2027 . You’ll help amplify this momentum; strengthening brand presence, accelerating revenue, and ensuring our marketing shows up with excellence across every retail partner.
