Senior Legal Counsel (VATP of a Chinese Fintech)

Responsibilities

Assist businesses to navigate all available cryptocurrency regulations, ensuring compliance with local and international laws by providing legal advice to businesses when seeking for guidance.

Review and draft contracts, which are virtual asset, blockchain and/or technology related, to ensure they are legally sound and fulfill the intended purpose.

Assist with potential token admission, Security Token Offerings (STOs) and other fundraising methods, ensuring that they adhere to all local rules and regulations.

Handle issues related to patents, copyrights, and trademarks within the blockchain and crypto space, protecting the intellectual property of projects and the company.
