Companies in this catalog do not charge applicants. Never send money to apply.
We're not hiring right now. But we're always looking for great people.
And you didn't land here by accident. Maybe you've been watching us. Maybe someone on our team wouldn't stop talking about this place. Maybe your spidey-sense is telling you that your current situation has a shelf life.
Whatever brought you here, we want to hear from you.
At Third Octet , we're a small, sharp team of people who take IT seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. We work with some incredible companies across Canada, solving real technology problems that actually matter to their business. And we do it as a tight crew where every single person has fingerprints on the outcome.
There's no hiding here. No "that's not my lane." No waiting for someone above you to make a decision you could've made better yourself.
This Isn't a Role. It's a Roster Spot.
We don't know exactly what we'll need next...technical, sales, operations, or something we haven't thought of yet. But we do know the type of person we want in our corner when the time comes.
You might be a fit if:
You do things without being asked, and you find it strange that this needs to be said
You're the person who figures it out, not the one who waits for instructions
You genuinely care whether the customer succeeds...not because it's in your job description, but because leaving someone stuck bothers you
You've always got a question, a better way, or a half-baked idea that usually turns out to be a great one
You thrive in ambiguity and treat a blank page like an opportunity, not a threat
You want to grow fast and you're not afraid to be uncomfortable while doing it
This probably isn't for you if:
You need a detailed playbook before you can move
"Not my problem" is a phrase in your vocabulary
You coast...even a little
You're looking for a place to settle in and go quiet
What You're Walking Into
Remote-first. Real flexibility. A 4.5-day work week...yes, you read that right. Benefits that are tailored to you , not a checkbox. A team that will challenge you, back you, and make you better.
But more than perks: you'll have a voice . We run Direction Checks...real, honest conversations where the team shapes where we're headed. Your opinion won't disappear into a suggestion box. It'll show up in how we operate.
And you'll grow here. Fast. Because when the team is small and the work is real, there's nowhere to hide, and nowhere to plateau.
