About the Role:
We are seeking a Chief Engineer to direct engineering operations for infrastructure, systems, or product-based projects across the Caribbean.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical design, implementation, and performance standards
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and contractors
- Ensure quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and safety
- Lead engineering planning, budgeting, and innovation
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.)
- 10+ years in engineering leadership
- Caribbean/regional experience preferred
- Licensure or PE designation is a plus
