Engagement: 1099 contractor. Retainer + traffic share climb. Location: Remote.
A note from the founder Organic traffic is the most durable customer acquisition channel a workforce strategy firm can own.
The Wilkinson Firm has three sites with growing intent. thewilkinsonfirm.com, hr.thewilkinsonfirm.com, hospitality.thewilkinsonfirm.com. We have founder content, real client positioning, and zero dedicated SEO discipline applied.
We need an SEO performance contractor who can build the keyword strategy, audit and fix on-page, ship content briefs, track rankings, and translate traffic into pipeline.
This is a performance role with a clear climb. Modest retainer at start. Real upside as the math compounds.
