We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to support USCIS form preparation and case management activities. The role involves preparing and reviewing filings, organizing and verifying documentation, tracking case progress, and ensuring compliance with USCIS submission requirements. This position provides clerical and administrative support for immigration-related cases, with a focus on accuracy, organization, and adherence to official standards.
Responsibilities:
Complete USCIS forms (N-400, I-130, I-485, DACA, etc.) with client-provided info Review forms for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with USCIS requirements.
