Regional Business Development Manager
Full-time · US-based · Major metro areas Break into high-value B2B sales and build a real career.
Most sales jobs give you a commodity, a quota and a phone. This one is different.
The Global Talent Co. is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing firm that specializes in cost segregation. Cost segregation is a tax strategy that regularly puts tens, and sometimes hundreds, of thousands of dollars back into real estate investors' pockets. The work is built on trust and makes a real difference to clients. It puts you in front of sophisticated investors, CPAs and operators who are glad you called.
The company is expanding nationally and building its regional sales team from the ground up. We're hiring 5 Regional Business Development Managers, each one the local face of the business in their own market. If you're early in your sales career, hungry to learn how serious investors think and ready to grow, keep reading.

Who thrives here
1–4 years of experience in sales, business development or a client-facing role
A natural go-getter and extrovert

Comfortable going to local events solo and working a room on your own
Excited to own and grow your local market
Nice to have
A background in real estate, mortgage, insurance or financial services
Experience selling B2B or professional services
Existing connections in your local real estate community
