This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for talent, strong sales acuity, and a drive to succeed. As a 360 Degree Recruiter, you will oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and identifying client needs to sourcing candidates and closing placements. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and utilize CRM and ATS systems and tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho Recruit or Manatal.
