• Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Business/Corporate Paralegal.
• Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to range from approximately 10-20 hours per week.

Paralegal Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant practice areas
• Drafting contractual agreements / operating agreements
• Client communication to get necessary information for documents and explain processes
• Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour.
