Working knowledge of the intelligence community market and its customers, contract vehicles, and acquisition processes is required, along with familiarity with the federal procurement lifecycle from opportunity identification through award
An active security clearance, or eligibility to obtain one, is required for this role, and United States citizenship is required
Excellent written and verbal communication, strong relationship-building skill, and the self-direction to work effectively in a remote position are essential
Preferred Qualifications
Prior military or intelligence community service is strongly preferred, bringing both mission understanding and customer credibility
Experience with formal capture methodologies such as Shipley, familiarity with GWACs and IDIQ vehicles, an established network across intelligence customers and industry partners, and a bachelor's degree in business, national security studies, or a related field are all advantageous
Experience with small business set-aside strategies, joint ventures, or mentor-protégé arrangements is advantageous
