Passionate about precision medicine and advancing the healthcare industry?
Center Health is using AI to transform healthcare in diabetes.
1 in 9 Americans have diabetes, and there is a major diabetes doctor shortage at 1 endocrinologist per every 20,000 endocrine patients. Today, diabetes is the US’ 7th leading cause of death.
But now with Center Health’s AI, those dynamics are changing. Our platform helps healthcare providers monitor their patients between visits and get notified when problematic trends develop. In parallel, our patient-facing AI diabetes coach Aria learns about each patients’ unique diabetes, comorbidities, goals, preferences, diet, activity, sleep, and lifestyles to offer 24/7 ultra-personalized guidance. By enabling new insurance incentives, the program pays for itself. The result has been patients and providers excitedly adopting Center Health and dramatically improving patient outcomes.
Center Health was recently acquired by Tempus AI (NASDAQ: TEM) to further fuel our success and growth. Tempus is one of the biggest precision medicine platforms in healthcare serving over 5,000 health systems. Put together, we’re scaling Center Health to impact millions of new patients.
We're a small team, and we’ve all been touched by diabetes either personally or through someone we love. We started Center Health to build the thing we wished existed. You’ll work along-side Center Health’s founders, Ali Imani and Julian Laval, who were previously direct competitors but teamed up to build Center after meeting and recognizing each other's deep personal connection to diabetes and have since been awarded the Forbes' 30 Under 30 award for their work at Center.
