— Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow — Answer “how to” technical and application configuration questions.

— Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.

— Level 4 (Developer level) support of our applications.

— Bug Fixing, troubleshooting issues, unit testing, and coding.

— Create and maintain technical documentation to support the SDLC process.

— Design, develop and deliver solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

— Conduct research into system features to solve the business problems and provide recommendations for solutions — Analyze existing programs and create logic for new systems — Build patches, participate in code review, and work with users, stakeholders, fellow developers, to create awesome scalable applications.
