We are seeking an exceptional Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Lawyer with a strong track record in corporate transactional work. While direct Australian legal experience is not mandatory, the role requires someone who can quickly adapt to jurisdictional nuances and work seamlessly with Australian-based clients and legal teams.
