Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with strong exposure to mortgage and property finance transactions within the Australian legal system . The ideal candidate will have at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in a legal support or conveyancing environment, assisting with mortgage documentation, settlements, and liaising with lenders, borrowers, and relevant third parties. Familiarity with PEXA, land registry systems, and financial institution requirements is essential. Prior experience in a remote, high-volume, or outsourced legal environment will be viewed favorably.
