Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer with 3 or more years of practice, including substantial experience advising on commercial transactions, contracts, and compliance matters within the Australian legal framework . Candidates must demonstrate strong capabilities in reviewing and drafting commercial agreements and navigating corporate legal matters. Prior experience working in an outsourced or remote legal support setting with Australian clients will be a significant advantage.
