Lead Consultant Power BI - Remote/WFH

Position: Lead Consultant Power BI | Remote Work Arrangement: Remote Schedule: Midshift (5 p.m. to 2 a.m.)

Overview:

Power BI's core strength lies in having high-quality data. We are seeking Lead Consultants who specialize in Power BI with a strong focus on data management. Candidates should possess advanced expertise in Power BI and its data components, including PowerQuery/M, DAX, and dimensional modeling, along with experience in basic report design. Familiarity with traditional SQL Server (data warehouse design, SSIS, SSRS) and DirectQuery is advantageous. Additionally, you should understand Power BI licensing models and be capable of working with clients to help them select the most suitable licensing options for their needs. Experience with Databricks in developing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines and workflows is required. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging regularly with clients, their teams, and technical specialists such as database developers and software engineers. Your excellent analytical, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of both technical and business aspects of business intelligence, along with a commitment to staying current with Power BI updates, will make you a strong candidate.
