Tars is an AI agent platform for customer experience. We sell to two personas: Marketing and Customer Support leaders in mid-market and enterprise companies. Netflix, American Express, and Vodafone are among the brands that use us. This is a 6-month SDR internship for someone at the start of their career who wants to learn enterprise tech sales by actually doing it - not by watching. You'll build the pipeline that our founders close. What you'll actually do
Pick up the phone. Cold calling US decision-makers is the core of this job, not a side activity. Daily call blocks, in US hours, to CX, Support, and Marketing leaders who didn't ask to hear from you. Most of the craft you'll build here is on the phone.
Work LinkedIn as your second channel. Personalized connection notes, DMs, and smart commenting to the same buyers - manual, thoughtful, yours.
