About MangoBaaz
MangoBaazis a productized content execution company helping fast-growing US brands scale content through clean systems, high-quality creative, and lean teams. We're not a traditional agency. We run like a machine. We're seeking a Creative Producer/Director to lead the strategic vision and execution of content across the client's social platforms. This is a hands-off creative leadership role; you'll define the "why" and "what," not the "how" (no writing/designing/editing). You'll orchestrate bold, culturally savvy ideas while leveraging AI tools (like Google Veo3 AI and Kling AI) to innovate video production.
This Role Is For You If You:
Get It
You live and breathe creative leadership. You've navigated agencies, managed high-stakes client expectations, and led teams without hand-holding. You know how to align creative vision with business goals and you're fluent in the unspoken rules of U.S.-led digital culture. AI tools? Already in your toolkit.
Want It
You're here to build, not just execute. You want ownership, to shape a brand's voice, collaborate directly with a founder, and grow something ambitious. You're not looking for a passive role; you're hungry to lead, innovate, and leave a mark.
Capacity to Do It
You're battle-tested. You can juggle fast-turn projects, mentor creatives, and keep cool under pressure. This isn't your first rodeo, you're ready to hit the ground running (on US hours, full-time, no side gigs). Distractions? Zero tolerance.

Fast-paced leadership: Guide editors, clients, and creators in a deadline-driven environment, balancing innovation with scalability.
Who You Are
A strategic creative, not a doer (no writers/designers/editors need apply). You think big picture.
Agency-veteran, with a portfolio of social/digital work that blends creativity and business impact Globally minded, with a natural feel for U.S.-led cultural currents and digital trends.
AI-curious: Hands-on experience with AI video tools is a must, you geek out on tech that transforms storytelling.
A collaborator: You thrive under pressure, manage stakeholders deftly, and inspire teams without micromanaging.
