Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Hyland Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Consultant with deep expertise in Hyland OnBase , Perceptive Content (formerly ImageNow) , document imaging, workflow automation, records management, integrations, and enterprise content strategy.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, implementing, upgrading, administering, and supporting Hyland solutions within large organizations, particularly in Higher Education, Healthcare, Government, or Enterprise environments.

Design scalable document management, workflow, and records retention architectures.
Implementation & Administration
Install, configure, and administer Hyland platforms.

Perform system upgrades, migrations, and platform optimization.

Build and support business workflows.

Support & Optimization
Troubleshoot system issues and performance bottlenecks.

Develop operational documentation and support procedures.
Mentor junior administrators and developers.
