TalentCross is partnering with US-based clients to hire a Strategic Finance & Operations Manager (Part‑Time, ~20 hours/week) . This remote contractor role is designed for LATAM professionals who want to work with fast-growing US companies while maintaining flexible hours.
About the Client
Our client is a fast-growing SaaS and marketplace platform in the convenience retail industry. They support major retail chains and thousands of independent operators with digital ordering, delivery, and retail data infrastructure. This is the challenge you'll help solve.
About the Role
You will combine hands-on finance operations with building better processes and automation. Half of your work will be operational — billing, collections, payouts, reconciliations, and resolving disputes. The other half will focus on automation, systems building, and analysis to eliminate manual work and provide clear answers for leadership.

3–6 years in strategic finance, FP&A, finance operations, or business operations
Working SQL skills to access data independently
Real automation experience (Python, APIs, AI-enabled tooling)
Strong financial modeling in Excel/Google Sheets
Comfort with messy source data and resolving inconsistencies
Startup experience (Seed–Series B) in SaaS, marketplace, ecommerce, delivery, logistics, or fintech
Strong ownership, urgency, and ability to communicate clearly
