Junior Legal Officer (Marine/Offshore)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Legal Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or an early-career professional looking to build a legal career in the marine and offshore industry . You will work closely with the Legal and Compliance team to support contract management, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents (e.g., charter parties, ship management agreements, service contracts).

Provide legal support on corporate and commercial matters affecting the company.

Conduct research on laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to the marine/offshore industry.
