Our US-based partner company is looking for an IT Technician to join their growing remote team in the Philippines!
As an IT Technician , you'll be responsible for providing daily IT support to multiple clients across various industries. You'll troubleshoot issues remotely and, when necessary, provide onsite assistance. This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to document work clearly and efficiently.
You'll be the go-to person for end-user support, managing tickets, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction through responsive and reliable service.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.
