Business Applications Consultant
Full Time | Remote | Syscon, Inc.
Are you someone who understands how businesses use technology to solve problems, improve workflows, and make better decisions?
Syscon, Inc. is looking for a Business Applications Consultant who can help clients better understand their data, improve reporting and workflows, and get more value from the technology they use. Many of our clients are construction companies, so experience supporting construction businesses is highly valuable.
This is a client facing consulting role focused on reporting, automation, business applications, process improvement, and emerging technology. AI is becoming an increasingly important part of how we serve clients, so we are looking for someone who is curious, learns quickly, and can turn new tools into practical business value.
Founded in 1986, Syscon provides technology solutions and IT support services. We foster a culture where our employees, clients, and company grow and succeed together. HOW WE WORK We are a we. No ego, no drama, no "not my job." Every person on this team owns their piece and shows up for everyone else's.
We ask for help when we need it. We take feedback and use it. We take ownership when something does not go as planned, learn from it, and make sure the same mistake does not keep happening.
We are proactive about learning. We do not wait for someone else to tell us everything we need to know. We research, ask questions, test ideas, and keep building our knowledge.
We treat every task, even the mundane ones, as a chance to take away a client's pain. That's not a value we hang on the wall. It's just how we operate.
If that sounds like the kind of team where you do your best work, we want to hear from you.
