Support Stage Gate Governance activities through scheduling, pre-read compilation, action tracking, and documentation of outputs and decisions.
Maintain project controls and artifacts (e.g., schedules, RAID items, decision logs, readiness checklists) to ensure strong execution discipline.
Coordinate recurring PMO operating rhythms (meetings, workshops, reviews), including agendas, minutes, and follow-up action management.
Support the PMO Communications cadence, including preparation and controlled distribution of updates and PMO Public Service Announcements (PSAs).
Support Project Execution Training and Enablement by coordinating sessions, maintaining enablement content, and collecting feedback to improve training effectiveness.
Support Project Execution Leadership Support by preparing executive-ready summaries, consolidating project health inputs, and enabling timely escalation.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness across PMO tools by maintaining trackers and inputs that feed dashboards and leadership reporting (in partnership with Business Excellence).
Support project closeout activities, including lessons learned capture, final documentation, and transition support as required.
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
