Client, partner and prospect facing sales materials across a range of service lines such as short brochures, toolkits and snapshot one-pagers.
Tone of Voice development – assist in the development and evolution of the SYKE TOV and apply this to future content pieces, including how the TOV aligns with LOD

Quick to digest information and able to explain complex technical concepts in plain English
Some experience in creative concepting for digital ads (not essential)
Who are LOD & SYKE?
LOD & SYKE are companies within the LOD Group who share a set of values and ambitions across the two brands. Although they are distinct entities, they work closely together to help their customers with all their legal operations, tech and people needs.
LOD was set up 15 years ago to make the lives of lawyers better and that is still at the centre of everything we do today. We match lawyers and other legal professionals with companies who need legal expertise in-house, giving them an alternative way of working other than in big law firms. They get more flexibility, more interesting opportunities, and more fulfilling work, with none of the drudgery of the magic circle firms. The companies get access to cream of the crop lawyers in a way that suits them; they can choose from individual lawyers, teams who can be parachuted in, or legal specialists who fix broken processes, or any combination of the above.
SYKE was founded in 2016 to help corporate legal teams choose, buy and implement legal tech. We support our customers, who are predominantly legal teams within enterprise corporate businesses, to modernise their operations through process improvements and bespoke tech solutions. We work with the leading providers of legal tech around the world and are tech agnostic, meaning we’ll always recommend the most suitable solution for our clients’ specific needs. Most of our team of over 160 legal engineers around the world are either former lawyers or have a legal background, meaning they have a fundamental understanding of our customers’ needs.
Working at LOD & SYKE
We don’t have a central office; our teams work remotely or on client sites but you’ll always have the support and supervision of the leadership team and we work hard to share ideas and innovation internally so that our colleagues remain the best in the business.
As you’d expect, across both SYKE and LOD, flexibility is baked into everything we do so everyone is treated like a grown up. We are flexible about working hours, locations and time-zones and we try to keep internal processes and paperwork to a minimum. We want everyone to spend their time doing stuff, rather than talking about doing stuff.
Our clients choose SYKE not just for our expert knowledge of Legal Technology, but because of our excellent delivery. We enable legal teams to embrace digital transformation without it disrupting the critical work which they deliver to their internal teams and clients. At SYKE we truly believe that our people are our greatest assets and play a pivotal role in the value we add to clients. Our teams are dynamic, versatile, innovative and forward-thinking in the delivery of solutions. We encourage an entrepreneurial mind-set and we are always open to new and exciting ideas that our people present. Joining SYKE provides our people with endless opportunities for growth and development.
