About Swanky
We are a friendly team working to push our clients to the next level - learning new things, open to change and experimentation but always making sure commercial priorities and potential complexity are scoped as part of every decision.
We design, build and grow Shopify Plus stores that convert. From a team of 4 in 2016, to 60+ staff in 3 locations worldwide (Australia, France and the UK), we’re looking to bring additional experts into our team and see this role as a key part of our continued growth journey. We’ve been recognised as Shopify Plus Experts since the inception of the Plus program in 2016, and our clients work across a range of verticals, largely selling consumable products.

Helping to create and implement best practice working arrangements and processes within the team, and ensuring that these are implemented by your colleagues.
Overseeing multiple projects using Agile methodologies and principles.
Creating and maintaining project plans, timelines and budgets, and ensuring they are adhered to throughout each project.
Identifying and mitigating project risks, and taking proactive measures to ensure project success through successful internal and client collaboration.
Building strong relationships with our clients to deliver commercially successful projects that meet client requirements.
Working closely with our large team of designers, developers, product managers, QAs and data experts to seamlessly coordinate appropriate expertise throughout the life of a project, coaching and guiding others through each project.

Experience in working with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop strong teams and delegate tasks effectively.
Ability to maintain project definition of scope, deliverables, schedule and task prioritisation, managing client expectations and agreeing appropriate adjustments where necessary.
