About the Role
We’re hiring multiple positions across our Payroll Tax Filing team at the Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Manager levels.
We’re looking for people who understand tax filing from end to end, from preparing and reviewing returns through filing, payment, issue resolution, and compliance support. Payroll tax experience is preferred, but we also welcome candidates from public accounting and other tax environments who bring broad, hands-on filing knowledge.
The scope of responsibility will vary by level. Depending on the role, you may handle filings directly, serve as a subject matter expert, support client delivery, improve processes, or lead and develop a team.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities will vary by level and may include:
Prepare, review, submit, and track tax filings, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and compliant.
Support end-to-end filing processes, including reconciliations, payments, notices, amendments, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
Work across applicable federal, state, and local tax requirements.
Research and resolve filing discrepancies, notices, client questions, and escalations.
Partner with clients and internal teams, such as payroll, client service, and compliance, to resolve issues and improve delivery.
Use tax filing systems and reporting tools to manage work and maintain accurate records.
Document procedures and follow standard operating procedures.
Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
Support system testing, training, and implementation for new clients, workflows, or system updates.
At the Senior Analyst and Manager levels, provide subject matter guidance, coordinate work, and support client meetings.
At the Manager level, lead team operations, coach and develop colleagues, monitor performance, and drive quality and service improvements.
