• Familiarity with hospital medicine, inpatient clinical environments, and healthcare staffing needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to assess both professional qualifications and cultural fit.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and candidate relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with clinical and operational leadership.
• Must reside in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Maine , with an understanding of the regional healthcare landscape and local workforce dynamics.

Compensation & Opportunity

This position offers a salary of $35,000 for the initial six-month assignment , based on a 25–30-hour workweek.

Additional performance-based bonuses will be provided for successful hires. Bonus amounts will vary based on facility location, employment status (full-time, part-time, or per diem), and provider licensure (MD/DO, NP, or PA). Specific bonus terms will be discussed during the interview process.

Candidates demonstrating strong performance and alignment with HMS's long-term recruitment needs may be considered for permanent, full-time employment following the initial assignment.
