Who We're Looking For
Sometimes you hear someone describe what is happening at work and immediately think:
I know something that might help.
Maybe it's a colleague, friend, family member, client, performer, professional, or someone else you genuinely know.
SteadyState is looking for people who can recognize when someone may benefit from our services and make a meaningful introduction.
You don't have to sell anything. You make the right introduction. We take it from there.
What We Do
SteadyState™ Work Partners is a human capital consulting firm specializing in human capital risk mitigation .
We work with organizations when a valuable person's Heat-of-the-Moment actions or inaction are creating business consequences—and knowing better hasn't been enough to stop it.
Our proprietary TAU Core™ intervention develops the I Caught Myself Reflex™ : the ability to interrupt an automatic reaction before it becomes consequential action or inaction.
TAU Core™ includes an in-person component delivered in Austin, Texas .
What Counts as a Referral
A referral is more than telling us about someone. You know the person and make the introduction.
For example:
Not a referral:
“I met someone who sounds like they need this.”
A referral:
“I know someone who may benefit from SteadyState. I've told them what you do and that participation includes coming to Austin. They're interested. I'll introduce you.” You don't have to sell the service or determine whether it's right for them. You make the qualified introduction. SteadyState owns the sales process from there.
Who You Might Know
You may know someone who:
Keeps reacting in ways they later regret
Knows what they should do but doesn't always do it in the moment
Is dealing with recurring conflict or workplace consequences
Is struggling with a Heat-of-the-Moment pattern that keeps showing up
Has already tried other ways of addressing the problem
Wants to interrupt what happens before it becomes a consequential action or inaction
You don't need to diagnose what's happening.
If you recognize the situation and they are interested in talking with us, introduce us.
Compensation
10% of collected revenue on eligible new business resulting from your qualifying referral.
For example: One $5,000 engagement = $500 referral commission.
There is no minimum number of referrals required. Make one introduction or make several.
If an eligible referral becomes a paying SteadyState client and SteadyState collects the revenue, you get paid. If the referral does not result in collected revenue, no commission is earned.
What You Don't Have to Do
You are not responsible for:
Prospecting Conducting sales conversations Explaining the entire TAU™ intervention Determining whether someone should participate Managing the enrollment process Closing the sale Your responsibility is the introduction. SteadyState handles everything after that.
Where You Will Work
You can be located anywhere in the United States.
There is no set schedule and no required volume of referrals.
The person you refer can live anywhere, provided they understand that the in-person portion of TAU Core™ is currently delivered in Austin, Texas, and they are willing to travel to participate.
The Question
Who came to mind while you were reading this?
If you know someone who should know about SteadyState, tell them about us. If they're interested, make the connection.
