Project Manager

Manage and coordinate R&D projects at the division or cross-division level, working under the direction of the Program Manager. Your goal is to deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget, despite limited resources and changing priorities.

You will lead cross-functional teams of business analysts, developers and validation analysts using Agile or hybrid delivery practices, and keep sponsors and executives informed with clear status, risk and budget reporting.

Responsibilities

Define the project. Work with business and R&D management to agree on goals, scope and deliverables.

Plan the work. Build and execute project work plans, schedules and resource plans, and secure the resources needed.
