We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive Virtual Surgery Scheduling Coordinator to support a U.S.-based orthopedic medical practice. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating surgical procedures, managing medical administrative workflows, communicating with insurance payors (Workers' Comp, Personal Injury, and Medicare), and liaising directly with attorneys and clinical teams.
