We are seeking a sharp, empathetic, and detail-oriented Bilingual Employment Law Paralegal / Intake Specialist to support a growing U.S.-based employment law firm. In this dual-function role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients who are often navigating difficult workplace situations, such as wrongful termination, discrimination, or wage disputes.

You will be responsible for conducting thorough intake screening interviews, gathering critical case facts, qualifying leads, and supporting the attorney with essential pre-litigation paralegal drafting and document organization.
