Position Summary:
The Finance Director oversee all financial aspects of a business unit and drives the company’s financial strategies in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team. Accountable to the CEO/Business Unit Leader, the role holder is accountable for the financial operations of the business, including finance & accounting, compliance with statutory requirements, corporate governance, and risk management. This will include the development of operational and financial strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems.
