About the Role:

We're hiring a Key Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our buyer accounts — including buyers purchasing products from Soum in bulk. You'll be the primary point of contact for these accounts, responsible for their satisfaction, retention, and growth, while coordinating closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless buying experience.
