Associate Degree or equivalent vocational degree with Journeyman license
At Least 10 years of Industrial Instrumentation and Controls, FMS systems, PLC/SCADA programming, instrumentation, or related engineering/technical leadership roles with a minimum of 4 years of leadership and management experience.
- Proven background managing construction teams, programmers, and multi‑disciplinary technical staff.
- Experience leading client interactions, technical presentations, and design reviews.
