Job Description:
A Senior Project Manager (PM) will be required to manage one large and complex project (including Ministerial imperative projects) or several medium or small projects simultaneously. They will need to be able to work independently and manage the work of large, blended teams of APS, contractor, and vendor staff to successfully deliver significant outcomes for Services Australia. Senior PMs will also be required to function as Scrum Masters. This role entails acting as a Servant Leader and coordinating the work of one or more multi-disciplinary teams, either as an independent MDT or within a larger Agile Release Train. In this role Scrum Masters function as expert stakeholder managers and problem solvers, acting as an interface between the MDT and many different other teams in order to remove blockers to work progressing.
