Marketing Specialist

Smartland is hiring a Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our marketing efforts across our real estate, property management, and pest control brands. This is not a basic social media posting role. We need someone who understands marketing strategy and execution, including SEO, not just how to schedule a post.

Location: Must be based in the Philippines. Remote.

What you'd actually do:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social, and other channels, thinking through audience, timing, and goals, not just posting content.

Own SEO for our websites and content: keyword research, on-page optimization, meta titles and descriptions, internal linking, and monitoring rankings.
