Position Overview:
SkinSpirit is seeking a creative, strategic, and data-informed Director of Social Media to lead our enterprise social media strategy and elevate the SkinSpirit brand across both consumer and industry audiences. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up. We are creating an in-house social media agency whose clients are our own providers. You will design, launch, and lead this agency, giving 500+ injectors, nurses, aestheticians, and other providers the strategy, content, tools, and coaching they need to build strong personal brands that grow their books of business and SkinSpirit 's. You will operate as the head of an agency: defining service tiers, building a team, creating scalable systems, and measuring results, all while keeping every post compliant with medical advertising standards and consistent with the SkinSpirit brand. This role will shape how we tell our story, build community, and establish SkinSpirit as a leading voice in aesthetics and skin health. It will own strategy and content execution across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube – including content strategy and directing your team on calendaring, social analytics and performance reporting – with accountability for brand awareness, engagement, and community growth. The role will lead and develop a team of two and partner closely with our VP of Brand & Creative, Director of PR, and Director of Growth Marketing to deliver an integrated, social-first brand presence. The ideal candidate combines strategy, production, cultural pulse, and creativity with deep platform expertise with an analytical mindset.
