This person brings a "CEO mindset" to Operations Expense: seeing the full picture, owning outcomes, making tradeoffs, driving accountability, and relentlessly pursuing better ways to deliver cost, service, and operational performance.
7+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, or a related field Experience in consumer products, retail, eCommerce, durable goods, or high-growth global operations Demonstrated experience leading cost reduction, operational efficiency, productivity, or transformation initiatives Strong understanding of logistics, distribution, transportation, warehousing, delivery operations, and cost-to-serve drivers Experience managing a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives with multiple owners, timelines, dependencies, and financial impacts Proven ability to partner with Finance on savings validation, forecasting, budgeting, or financial performance tracking Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and action plans Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Background in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, process improvement, or operational excellence Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; experience with ERP/WMS/eCommerce platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) a plus
Education: An undergraduate degree from a respected college/university, ideally in a discipline relevant to supply chain (e.g., Supply Chain Management or Engineering). A Master's degree in Business Administration or a technical discipline is not required but will further differentiate the ideal candidate.
