About Shapely
Shapely is transforming weight loss care through a physician-led, evidence-based model that makes treatment affordable and accessible. We pair clinical excellence with a seamless integrated app to help patients achieve sustainable, long-lasting results. As we scale across multiple states, we're hiring a Sales Specialist – Patient Support Coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective patients and guide them into care.
As our Sales Specialist, you'll be the first voice many prospective patients hear. You'll connect with warm leads who have already expressed interest, help them understand our program, answer their questions about eligibility and cost, and convert that interest into a scheduled appointment. It's a consultative, phone-based sales role in a healthcare setting — equal parts persuasion and genuine care.
This is a full-time, remote contractor role on a Pacific Time (PST) schedule, with room to grow and a supportive team behind you.

Re-engage warm leads who haven't yet enrolled to answer outstanding questions and move them forward.
