Senior Financial Analyst, Revenue & GTM FP&A

Ready to be a Titan?

We’re looking for a sharp, adaptable, and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our GTM and Revenue FP&A team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the GMs to drive growth and build the story behind our growth. You’ll work closely with executives, navigate evolving business environment and messy datasets, and lead continuous improvements in the decision-making process to keep pace with our rapid scale.

This is a strategic role working closely with a group of ex-consultants and ex-IB analysts. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment working with imperfect data, knows how to extract signal from noise, and wants to make a real impact in a fast-growing SaaS business.

What You’ll Do

Strategic business partner: Work closely with GMs and C-level executives across Finance, Sales, and Product to drive business growth and influence strategic decisions.

Own and elevate the revenue forecast: Lead monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting processes, including variance analysis, scenario planning, and executive-level reporting.

Drive transformation: Design and implement scalable analytics frameworks to support long-term growth.

Develop and mentor talent: Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members, building a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Cross-functional leadership: Proactively align revenue strategies across functions and ensure execution against business priorities.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, or Investment Banking
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level analysis.
• Proven track record of influencing executives and driving company-wide initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft insights for a C-suite audience.
• Demonstrated ability to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, building scalable processes in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
• Self-starter mentality with a strong bias for action, ownership, and measurable impact.

Why Join Us

• Strategic Impact: Shape the trajectory of one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies.
• Executive Exposure: Partner directly with the C-suite on the company’s most critical business questions.
• Leadership Growth: Take on an expanded leadership role with opportunities to build and mentor a high-performing team.
• Competitive Compensation: We value your expertise—and we back it up.
• World-Class Team: Collaborate with former MBB consultants, investment bankers, and top-tier FP&A professionals
