The Opportunity
Seamless is hiring a Sales Development Representative, Growth to help expand relationships within our existing customer accounts by reaching new contacts, departments, and business units that have not yet used the platform.
This is a high-volume, phone-first outbound role. Although you will prospect into current customer organizations, the individuals you contact may have no prior relationship with Seamless. You’ll bring a hunter mentality to account expansion, using cold calling and other outreach channels to start conversations and uncover new opportunities.
You’ll research accounts, map decision-makers and adjacent teams, communicate Seamless’s value, and convert qualified interest into demos that support license, credit, and team expansion.
Success requires disciplined execution, including 500+ daily dials through a power dialer, as well as effective time management for research, follow-ups, and other assigned work. You’ll be accountable for activity, qualified meetings, and pipeline outcomes.
What You’ll Own
Prospect Within Existing Accounts: Identify net-new buyers, teams, and business units inside current Seamless customer organizations.
Execute High-Volume Cold Calling: Make 500+ daily dials through a power dialer and use approved outreach channels to engage contacts who may be unfamiliar with Seamless. Generate Expansion Opportunities: Turn conversations into qualified demos and pipeline for additional licenses, credits, and team adoption.
Map Customer Organizations: Research account structures to identify decisionmakers, influencers, and adjacent departments.
Communicate Product Value: Become a confident Seamless product user who can explain relevant platform capabilities and business outcomes.
Conduct Discovery: Ask targeted questions, listen actively, uncover needs, and assess fit for account expansion.
Navigate Objections: Respond professionally to resistance and keep conversations moving toward productive next steps.
Research Buyers and Industries: Learn buyer personas, lines of business, and account priorities to improve targeting and messaging.
Manage Your Daily Priorities: Balance power-dialer activity with research, followup, and assigned non-dialer responsibilities.
Own Performance Outcomes: Work toward or exceed daily activity targets and monthly qualified meeting and pipeline goals.
Improve Through Coaching: Apply feedback, adapt messaging, and strengthen outreach effectiveness over time.
Maintain Accurate Activity Records: Document outreach, account insights, and next steps in approved systems to support effective follow-through.
What Success Looks Like in Your First 90 Days
Success means consistently reaching new buyers within existing customer organizations, converting those conversations into qualified demos, and building a reliable pipeline of expansion opportunities while meeting the role’s high-volume outreach expectations.

Understand Seamless’ value proposition and the expansion opportunities across existing customer accounts.
Learn to identify new departments, decision-makers, and potential buyers within customer organizations.

Required Qualifications:
1+ years of SDR or BDR experience with a history of exceeding sales quotas.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience with cold calling, objection handling, and outbound prospect engagement.
