Roadside Assistance Representative

What You'll Do

Answer inbound calls from motorists requesting roadside assistance Verify customer information, vehicle details, and service eligibility Dispatch towing companies and roadside service providers Coordinate services such as towing, jump starts, tire changes, lockout assistance, and fuel delivery Provide real-time updates on service arrival times and request status Reassure customers and remain calm during stressful situations Document service requests accurately while navigating multiple systems Deliver compassionate, professional customer service from start to finish Hours Available 365 days a year 7 days a week 24 hours a day Important: We are unable to accept applications from individuals living outside the United States, including those using VPNs or mailing addresses within the U.S.
