What You'll Do
Own the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of the tools and workflows that power the Product team's experience — including Aha!, Confluence, and Pendo — and partner with Engineering on how those tools connect to Jira and release infrastructure.
Build and manage the product analytics stack, ensuring Product Managers have reliable access to usage data, feature adoption metrics, and customer behavior insights through Pendo and related tools.
