About the opportunity
As a Senior Paralegal at Sagent , you will be a key member of the Legal team, providing high-level support across corporate governance, commercial contracting, regulatory matters, litigation, and other legal initiatives. You will partner with attorneys and cross-functional stakeholders to manage legal processes, maintain accurate records, and help the team deliver practical, timely support in a fast-paced mortgage technology environment. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with sound judgment and discretion.
