Deputy GM

Role and Responsibility:

Maintains a good understanding of the automotive sector in the local Market, particularly premium competitors in the local area

Supports own first line team (e.g. Sales Manager, Service Manager, Parts Manager, Accountant) to develop detailed short and medium term plans for each area to deliver the wider vision for the Retailer

Uses an understanding of the Jaguar Land Rover brands and full product range (e.g. Approved, Warranty, Gear, SVO) and key tools (e.g. CEIP website, Global Retailer Marketing System) to lead the business

Empowers and supports own first line team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and achieve the Key Performance Indicators for the Retailer
