Furniture Sales Representative

• Position: Furniture Sales Representative
• Number of hours : 40 hours/week
• Schedule: AEST

Tasks required:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls to offer and educate the customers on the benefits of the products and/or services of the client to promote sales
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
• Actively prospect and foster fruitful business relationships
• Utilize LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook platforms to promote the company's products and services
• Prospect and qualify new sales leads and pursue new customers and markets
• Engage with potential customers and build brand awareness
• Track and report KPI results and accomplishments to the manager on a regular basis
• Work closely with customers, factories, and offices to facilitate smooth sales processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
• Meet and/or exceed quotas
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
• Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a virtual sales representative or relevant experience

Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales

Background in the Furniture industry is preferred

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and work in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
