Our team is made up of A-grade, collaborative individuals who thrive on pushing boundaries and driving results while having fun along the way.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven and commercially-minded Google Ads Media Buyer to join our growing Google team. This is a role for someone who has moved past the basics — you know your way around an account, you understand the levers that drive eCommerce performance, and be accountable for their results.
You'll work closely with our Head of Google and other Google Ads strategists, with mentorship and support as you grow into the role. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves diving into data, experimenting with strategy, and finding smart ways to scale. If you're hungry to step up, take ownership, and work alongside some of the best eCommerce marketers in the world, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience in eCommerce, with at least some agency or multi-client exposure Solid working knowledge of Search, Shopping, Video/YouTube, Demand Gen, and Performance Max — you understand how these campaign types interact and how to prioritise them Comfortable managing accounts with meaningful ad spend — you treat a client's budget like it's your own Strong analytical instincts — you can look at a dashboard and know what questions to ask, not just what numbers to report Clear, confident written and verbal communication (in English) Self-sufficient and proactive in a remote environment — you don't wait to be told what to look at Collaborative by nature — you share wins, flag concerns early, and contribute to the team Nice to Have (But Not Required) Experience with feed platforms (e.g. DataFeedWatch) Cross-platform paid media experience (e.g. Meta, TikTok) Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup Exposure to cross-channel campaigns alongside Meta or other paid platforms Google Ads certifications (Search, Shopping, or Performance Max) Prior experience working with US or AU-based eCommerce brands Why Join Right Hook Digital ?
Fully remote and flexible work environment Work alongside a high-performing global team Collaborate with exciting, fast-growing eCommerce brands Culture that supports innovation, learning, and personal growth Opportunity for bonuses and long-term engagement Sound like your kind of gig?
