Our client in the compostable packaging industry is looking for a Business Development Manager to build and grow their egg carton business with a target market of egg producers, packers, marketers, and private label retailers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales process and project timeline from lead generation and product trials to customer approval, sales, and account growth. Ideal candidates already have strong industry connections, knowledge of egg packaging, and experience managing lengthy sales cycles, product trials, and approvals. This role requires a true hunter who can travel regularly and has a genuine passion for sustainability.
