Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Manager to own how Revizto is delivered, deployed, and governed at scale — the product layer behind the coordination and collaboration work that happens inside a project. Your domain spans Revizto Workspace and the admin console, together with the platform foundations that support identity, provisioning, multi-tenant architecture, regional deployments, reliability, and security.
This is a technical product role with a strong business focus. You'll work closely with Engineering, DevOps, and a dedicated Product Owner who helps translate product priorities into technical delivery. Your responsibility is to understand customer problems, set product direction, and connect improvements in usability, scalability, and reliability to business outcomes such as adoption, retention, and expansion.
We’re looking for someone with a product-led growth mindset who can make Revizto as simple as possible to adopt, so customers get value with minimal friction. Success means a global engineering firm can onboard and govern its organization with confidence — while a small company can get started and become productive on the same day, without needing hands-on support. Key Responsibilities
Own the product strategy and roadmap for Revizto Workspace and its administration capabilities, including account and license management, user permissions, and project administration.
Drive business outcomes through product decisions. Identify opportunities to increase adoption, retention, expansion, and revenue by making Revizto easier to access, administer, and scale.
Simplify customer onboarding and administration, reducing friction and manual processes so organizations of all sizes can adopt Revizto and get value faster.
Shape the product direction for platform scalability, security, and reliability, working closely with Engineering and DevOps to balance technical investments with customer and business needs.
Understand customer problems through discovery, feedback, and product data. Prioritize opportunities that drive adoption, retention, expansion, and revenue.
Define clear product requirements and collaborate with the dedicated Product Owner and Engineering teams to translate product priorities into delivery.
Define and track key product metrics, including onboarding time-to-value, user adoption, license utilization, and platform health.
